Calgary, Alberta · Mountain Time

Built in Calgary. Running across North America.

A software company, with senior engineers and designers in Canada, South Korea, the UAE and Germany. We build high-end web platforms and iOS and Android apps, and do AI training — for our own products and for our clients. Qlynic is ours. Client work goes out under the client's name, built by our own team and never handed to another company.

  • Web development

Platforms, portals and the systems running behind them — built to stay up.

    C# · .NET 10 · ASP.NET Core · React · Next.js · TypeScript · Azure

  • AI training

Models trained for the job they actually have to do, not the demo.

Tell me what you need built.

Four questions, about two minutes. The brief writes itself beside you as you answer, and you leave with a scope, a range and a timeline.

    The build

    Where the weeks actually go.

Seven phases, in this order, every time. Only the rhythm changes with the size of the job.

Every build 2 to 24 weeks

    1. 01

      Scope locked

The conversation becomes a written scope and a fixed price. Nothing is built until you have both in front of you.

    2. 02

      Design

Every screen drawn and agreed before a line of code exists. Changing a picture costs an afternoon. Changing a built page costs a week.

    3. 03

      Build

The software itself, on an Azure account and a database in your name from the first day — licensed to your business, with nothing to move later.

    4. 04

      Your data in it

Catalogue, records, accounts, the real content. A demo full of invented data has never once predicted how a system behaves on a Monday.

    5. 05

      You try to break it

On a staging copy that is not the live site. Use it like a bad day at work; whatever breaks gets fixed before anyone outside sees it.

    6. 06

      Live

Domain, certificate, DNS, email deliverability, monitoring. The unglamorous half of launch day, and the half that decides whether any of the rest of it arrives.

    7. 07

      Care

Your Azure hosting kept running, backups, security patches, and changes when you need them. From $150 a month, starting the day you go live.

Durations are how a build of this length usually divides, not a schedule. The scope document fixes the real dates before anything starts. What you receive is a licence to use the software in your business: the source code stays with Arxeon, and the licence does not cover reusing or reselling it. Source-code escrow is available if you ask, at your cost.

    Arxeon Care

The year after it goes live.

One live product, and the frame that keeps it standing. Each plan is what that frame does in the first year, and when.

Every project carries a ninety-day defect warranty at no charge, whichever plan follows it. Plans are monthly, in Canadian dollars, and the one that fits is agreed with the scope. Arxeon bills Azure, your domain and the paid services your software uses, such as email, text messages and AI, with your plan each month. Your Azure account stays in your name: at Arxeon only the founders hold access to it, and a project manager only in an emergency.
